Orders can be tracked in real time in two websites. If you are ordering from Europe, Australia, África or Asia you should use the Portuguese mail website. Check it @ www.ctt.pt. CTT is the portuguese mail company and a tracking application can be used.

If you are purchasing from the United States you can check the order status at the USPS website. Please use your tracking number, it can be found in your account / orders / order status.
