Conquered in 1147, Lisbon is the lovely capital of Portugal with its old cobblestone pavements and beautiful tiles in its old buildings. These earrings are a replica of the amazing Delft tiles that cover the walls of the famous Pastry which dates back to 1837, called Pastéis de Belém. If you ever go to Lisbon, you must try their delicious warm custard pastries and wash them down with a "bica" or an espresso. The tiles are 2cm long. Embellished with lovely glass beads.
